Our TURBULA® mixers - T 2 G and T 2 GE - were developed for users in industry (e.g. pharma & food) who want to mix their individual product, whether dry-dry, dry-liquid or liquid-liquid, efficiently and with guaranteed homogeneity. Our 3D shaker mixers are based on the theory of Paul Schatz. The unique TURBULA® mixing movement is composed of rotation, translation and inversion, which puts the product into a constantly changing and rhythmically pulsating state.

TURBULA® T 2 G – simple use and maximum reproducibility

- Reproducibility of results: Synchronisation of the mixing movement every 4 ms; uniform energy input.
- Low maintenance: Electric instead of mechanical drive concept, i.e. no chain tensioning service required, no grease or oil consumption, no rubber abrasion
- User-friendly: A functional rotary switch leads to easy speed regulation.
- Safe: Quick “ready to load” function. The mixing basket moves to the loading position immediately after the TURBULA® mixer stops.
SPECIFIC DESIGNS FOR VARIOUS APPLICATIONS
For use in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical and food industries, our TURBULA® mixers are also available in different versions on request.

The 3D shaker mixers are used in all industries, in research and development as well as in production, where the highest demands are placed on the homogeneity of the mixtures, short mixing times, surface processing as well as the support of lengthy dissolution processes.
- The mixing process takes place in a completely closed container, which means that the process is contamination-free and the machine does not come into contact with the product.
- The TURBULA® range allows the use of mixing containers with a volume of 0.1 to 55 litres.
